After recieving the 'new mail' notification in the system tray - the little
envelope w/ the arrow on the top of it - If the account from which the
notification was for is deleted before looking at the mail, then there is no way
to make the notification go away.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.after 'new mail' notification, the mail icon pops up in system tray
2.delete account that just got the new mail without looking at the mail




Expected Results:  
allow for icon to be removed with a right click
