309233 - Right click box being overlapped by browser when rightclicking on Google Pictures

On a google image search (and any other image or link for that matter) after i
have downloaded AdBlock v.5 d2 nightly 39 and Flahsgot 0.5.9.92, the rightclick
screen goes up instead of down. (where upwards will get covered by the browser).
 The box should take into affect extra selections (such as BuildGallary and
AdBlock Image...) when determining direction of "open" (up or down)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.download Adblock and FlashGot from Mozilla Extentions
2.go to anywebsite that has pictures
2.righclick onethat is close to the top of the Browser

Actual Results:  
the righclick box will be offscreen prohibiting various options located above or
equal to "send Link" 

Expected Results:  
Realized the "new" size of the box and opened downwards (as found in Windows).

I am using Noia 2.0 theme.
Haven't tried with normal theme: would do it now but can't exit this form
without time consequinces

Extentiosn of Adblock and Flash got Must be installed.  May also need the NOAI
2.0(extreme) theme.

Problems with extensions or themes are to be dealt with by the extension/theme
developer. Please report your issue to them.

Ryan: please don't knee-jerk resolve bugs that mention extensions. Our support
for extensions is a huge part of our appeal, and in this particular case
knee-jerk "invalid" resolutions meant we didn't fix a bug in our menu code for
months and months after people began reporting it.
