using itunes for the first time I get the above message. I reinstalled Itunes
but to no avail. I also get this message occasionally when I am booting the
system up
(also other missing ORDINALs)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start(click on its icon or shortcut) Itunes

Actual Results:  
I get the message 'ORDINAL 21 could not be found in the dynamic link library
MAPI32.dll'

Expected Results:  
started Itunes
