There is a large, horizontal banner, that is added on the bottom of the
application (above the start bar, but below the status bar)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I'm not sure what could have caused this.  I can't think of anything that I
was doing that was different from the previous version.
Actual Results:  
I get the horizontal bar

Expected Results:  
Not displayed the bar :P

Do you have the Tabbrowser Preferences extension installed?
Does the strange bar say something about "%tabprefsDTD;"?
If you follow the instructions in http://216.55.161.203/theonekea/tabprefs/ to
uninstall and reinstall Tabbrowser Preferences, does it go away?
Will you mark this bug as a duplicate of bug 308742?
