When attempting to play a Real Player file at nick.com, the site reports "To
play this audio or video clip, you need to have the RealPlayer installed." But
RealPlayer is installed and works for other sites. I can't tell if this problem
is caused by nick.com or the Navigator browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to nick.com
2. Mouse over "BUZZ" and click "MUSIC".
3. Select "Nick.com Jukebox".
4. Select theme music, I suggest SpongeBob SquarePants.
5. Note that the error window appears indicating that RealPlater is not
installed; but RealPlayer 10.0.0 is installed.

Actual Results:
An error window is displayed.

Expected Results:
Play the music.

This doesn't work with Safari 1.3.1, which seems to indicate that this could be
a web page problem. But I can't be sure without help from Mozilla and/or Safari
support.
does realplayer show up in about:plugins?

Yes, the RealPlayer plug-in is listed as enabled.

Note that RealPlayer works fine for other sites.
worksforme on linux. It even picked up Helix Player (Real's open source
player), which claims to play real audio files but can't. Once I installed
commercial real player, it worked fine.

Can you test with a more recent build?
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/releases/1.0a/

Might also just be a Mac-specific.
I tried the SeaMonkey build that you suggested. But it failed with the exact
same error message as Mozilla and Safari. This may be Mac specific; can you
help me determine the root cause of this probem?

Thanks,
Dick

I should note that this is the wrong place for support; the right place would be the mozillazine forums or a support site. This site is the bug database, and I think it very unlikely that there's a Mozilla bug here.
I can't find any Real content on this site. Please post new
Steps To Reproduce if the problem still occurs in Firefox 3. Thanks.
