Although I do not have a specific URL because I see this bug very often, Firefox
tells me a pop-up is blocked, but it's not: it still pops up.

A little difficult to know what's happening if you don't even give us one URL.
Certainly the most likely thing is that you are seeing some popups blocked, and
other popups not blocked (typically from plugins, which aren't blocked in 1.0.x
like they are in 1.5, though you can block them with the instructions in
http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=240548 in 1.0.6). If even after
blocking popups from plugins you still see popups, particularly if the popup you
see is actually one that the blocker says it stopped, don't hesitate to reopen
this bug, but we'll need to know specifically where it happens to be able to do
anything about it.
