After updating "Tabbrowser Preferences" addon extension.  Changes appearance of
Firefox.  Creates a large empty space under menu bar at the bottom.  Example: is
very much like clicking the task tray on windows and dragging it upwards.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.listed under extensions: uninstall "Tabbrowser Preferences"
2.goto firefox extensions and install "Tabbrowser Preferences"
3.

Actual Results:  
same window appears below menu bar on the bottom of Firefox

Expected Results:  
added Tabbrowser Preferences in tools.
Dupe of bug 308742.
