User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-DE; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050717 Firefox/1.0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-DE; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050717 Firefox/1.0.6 I installed Firefox 1.5 Beta. After that I noticed that flash objects are not displayed anymore. Removing the beta version and going back to Firefox 1.0.6 did not help. Now, on whatever website, if there are flash objects, all it does is load them (status bar says "loaded") but not show them. I see a white page - or spot if it's part of a page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to a Website with flash objects 2. Watch for missing objects (white or blank spots or empty frames if loaded in separate frame) 3. Actual Results: I cannot see the flash objects that should be visible. Expected Results: Well, see them...
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20050919 Firefox/1.6a1 ID:2005091922 WFM. Have you installed flash? http://www.macromedia.com/
Related to bug 309283 and maybe bug 309163 (flash loading <> not loading)?
Do you have adblock installed with object tabs enabled? See bug 308561
i had this same problem. flash, java and embedded movies were not displaying. i removed adblock and they all work. now how do i block flash ads?
No response from reporter, this is almost definatly the adblock problem. Yosh, if you are still having the problem and do not have adblock installed then please reopen this. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 308918 ***
