Details

Provide feedback information and tips to submitter so that user can take
additional steps to help sort out the failure.
Wayne:  Great idea, but we get so many crashes that we don't have a handle on
right away, that we wouldn't be able to provide the user with enough information
to be of help at the time of the crash.  However, I already have a feedback
system in place that we have used in the past for major topcrashers that have a
known fix or workaround.  For those cases, I do keep track of users that have
submitted a particular crash and send them helpful feedback.

Marking WONTFIX, but will keep this in mind and work to improve the feedback
system I already have in place.  Thanks Wayne.
