Details

1) download today's installer
2) select Navigator Only option in install
3) after browser comes up, go to task menu do  Task|Mail or Task|AddressBook
4) blank menu item shows up at the end of Task menu, where the openWindow menu
would normally go.

This is for both commercial and mozilla build.
Possibly corss platform.
