When mouseover the engines in the Navigation Toolbar, the tooltip says same for
all the engines like google, amazon, answers, etc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Mouse Over and click the pull-down to display available search engines in the
Navigation Toolbar
2.Mouse over each engine, the tooltip is incorrect
3.

Actual Results:  
The tooltip is incorrect

Expected Results:  
The tooltip must match each engine descriptions
