Details

Currently, I'm the default QA for HTML: Parser and parser@content.bugs is the
default assignee. Since I usually end up taking bugs filed in HTML: Parser (and
since I'm a real person), I think that the default QA should be
parser@content.bugs and I should be the default assignee.
