The Print Preview renderer in the Source Viewer seems to get confused when you
switch between portrait mode and landscape mode. Once the renderer goes into
"weird mode" then you have to close the Preview pane and re-open it in order to
correct the display.

There are two separate methods to create the same bug; one method is quicker
than the other.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Method 1:
1. Browse to a web page
2. Examine the source by selecting "View Source", or pressing CTRL+U
3. Select "Print Preview" from the "File" menu...
4. Click the "Page Setup" button and change from "Portrait" to "Landscape"
5. Return to the document.
6. Click the "Page Setup" button a second time and change from "Landscape" to
   "Portrait"
7. Return to the document.

Method 2:
1. Browse to a web page
2. Examine the source by selecting "View Source", or pressing CTRL+U
3. Select "Print Preview" from the "File" menu...
4. Click the "Landscape" button in the Preview pane's toolbar

Actual Results:  
Method 1:
- The display redraws correctly after step 5. However, after step 7 a gray
  border appears down the right hand side of the window and the display
  effectively gets locked to that width from then on. Even the scrollbar
  appears there.

Method 2:
- At step 4 a gray margin appears on the right hand side of the window and the
  display gets locked to that width from then on. Even the scrollbar appears
  there.

Expected Results:  
Window should display portrait and landscape correctly after switching view mode.

Confirmed as duplicate of 267422.

It appears that no matter what you do in the Page Setup dialog, when you exit
the dialog it causes the screen to have redraw problems.

Is there problems fixing this because it doesn't give a good impression, even if
the actual printing itself works fine.
