i use Ion window manager (http://modeemi.fi/~tuomov/ion/) which pins windows
into a frame (it doesn't support overlapping windows) and though does what a
window manager should do, manage the window.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
open the url in a firefox run in an ion windowmanager
Actual Results:  
In the example, firefox tries to resize itself, but this ends up in an empty
frame arround the rest of the browser.

Expected Results:  
firefox should follow the window managers specifications, if it doesn't allow a
resize.
