309447 - 'Go' button tooltip refers to address field instead of Location Bar

The tooltip for the Go button reads 'Type a location in the address field, then
click Go' I believe the correct term for this area in Firefox is the Location
Bar and the tooltip should be changed to reflect this.

If this area is separate from the Location Bar it isn't indicated anywhere in
the Documentation so I can't see how it's clear to anyone.

not sure if this matters enough to take on branch, but it shouldn't affect
other locales, its just consistency stuff

For future reference, other than finding someone on IRC, adding [checkin needed] to the status whiteboard as Phil did is probably the best way to ensure a patch is checked in.

This now just says "Go to the address in the Location Bar", per bug 347698.
