I thought I already had a bug filed against this, but apparently not.  I would
like Thunderbird to essentially 'bring up' the threads that have newer messages.
 Currently when a message is a member of a thread from 2 weeks ago, new messages
pertaining to it get filed there, potentially a number of pages down the screen.
 Instead, if Thunderbird elevated this thread since it has a new message, I
wouldn't be forced to switch to date sort vs. thread sort.  Mutt already does
this and it's a fabulous feature for threading.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Receive a message belonging to an old thread.

Actual Results:  
Message gets put down in that thread.

Expected Results:  
Bring up the thread via the newest-date sorting criteria.
