Extensions keep freezing when trying to install.  I have to use Ctrl/Alt/Delete
to regain control of my computer.  I have tried off and on all day to install
new extensions. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to extensions
2.Pick one
3.Try and install it.

Actual Results:  
Site freezes and I need to use Ctrl/Alt/Delete to regain control over my
computer.   Windows task manager shows CPU as 100% and the program as "not
responding."  When it closes cpu return to normal.

Expected Results:  
Installed the extension.

Does that also happen if you install extensions from another address, e.g. here:

I HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL SEVERAL EXTENSIONS AND NONE WILL INSTALL.  I NEED HELP[ TRYING TO INSTALL ANY EXTENSIONS
