 1. Create an All Day event on any day called test1.  
 2. Note that it is now correctly visible on monthly calendar.
 3. Double click the visible event to open it.
 4. Rename it to test2 and OK.
 5. Note that the RENAMED event is created for the PREVIOUS day!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
 1. Create an All Day event on any day called test1.  
 2. Note that it is now correctly visible on monthly calendar.
 3. Double click the visible event to open it.
 4. Rename it to test2 and OK.
 5. Note that the RENAMED event is created for the PREVIOUS day!
Actual Results:  
renamed event is moved to previous day.

Expected Results:  
renamed the event without moving it a day back.

I consider this a loss of data, FWIW. So, I have listed it as Critical
This one seems to be a pretty popular bug to report. :-)
