When in print preview with any web page open a user cannot toggle print layout
using the Landscape/Portrait button.  When the dialog is opened, the layout is
in landscape.  To choose portrait the user clicks the Portrait button; when
clicked a dialog box appears for a second and then display shows landscape
again. Bottom line is that user cannot choose Portrait. This bug appears on two
diffrent Windows machines, one XP and one Server2003.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select File >> Print Prieview
2.Click Portrait to change layout

Actual Results:  
Button resets to Landscape and proeview stays in landscape.  A dialog box
appears for a split second but is hard to read.

Expected Results:  
Selected Portrait and display portrait in the prieview
