If selected text is dragged from the browser window to the Finder, a text
clipping of the selection is created.
However, if there is a link anywhere in the selected text, a webloc is created
instead.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select text that includes a link
2. drag the selection to the Finder (eg the desktop). Be sure to avoid clicking
& dragging on the link.
Actual Results:  
Webloc file is created

Expected Results:  
A Text Clipping file should be created containing the selected text.
