Neither the SPACE BAR nor the PAGE DOWN key allows me to use the "Page Down" function.

The only way for me to page down is by using my scroll wheel or by manually
clicking the curson at the appropriate location on-screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any web page.
2. Hit the PAGE DOWN key (or SPACE BAR)
3. Nothing happens.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Paged down.
Similar bugs have been fixed in the nightlies. no response from Allan so closing.  To reopen, test with a nightly *trunk* build http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/ and report back.
