The documents listed on this index will not open in Firefox. I have to use I.E.
instead. The file extension is .rul .



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on a document. A open with window opens. In I.E. the .rul document just
opens.

Actual Results:  
nothing, the document will not open in the Firefox browser.

Expected Results:  
opened the document

Yep, IE will sniff and open anything, no matter what you and the server tell it.
In this case, the server says the content-type is "application/octet-stream"
rather than the "text/plain" it actually is, and we believe it.

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
