Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7

Firefox correctly displays bulleted lists on websites created in Frontpage
when the page is initially loaded, but the bullets disappear if you hit the
"reload page" button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any website created in Frontpage which features a bulleted list, such
as (http://www.revitalizationinstitute.org/Guide_Asset.htm) and the bullets will
display correctly.
2. Then hit the "reload current page" icon in Firefox, and watch the bullets
disappear! It's fun! (Unless, of course, it's your website that Firefox is
messing up...)
3. The only way to get the bullets back is to close and re-open Firefox, and
navigate back to that page.

Actual Results:
The bullets disappeared.

Expected Results:
The bulletws should have remained visible. (duh)
