Toolbars scramble when I minimize, resize, or open a menu. Sometimes it does it
sometimes it doesn't. Restarting FireFox does NOT help.

Reproducible: Sometimes



Expected Results:  
Not been scrambles (I hate to give a short answer)

WFM. Does it also happen it in the safemode or with a new profile?

I have not tried it in safe mode but I will and reply back to you.
