Since I upgraded from 1.06 to 1.07 open in new tab does not work via Bookmarks,
however it DOES work in Bookmarks toolbar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Leftclick on "Bookmarks"
2. Rightclick any bookmark
3. Choose "open in new tab"

Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
A new tab should have appeared containing the webpage of the selected bookmark

WFM. Have you tried this with a new profile or in the safemode?

Probelem solved. After rebooting the system it works again
