Sometimes Minimo will load but the homepage will not load. neither will any page
you try to load in the address bar. This only happens after you use the pref
window. removing all traces of Minimo and reinstalling is needed to get it
working again

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load up the pref window
2. Click ok to go back into the main part of the browser
3. Restart Minimo - sometimes neither the homepage or any other page will display
4. Restart Minimo - same problem.

Actual Results:  
no pages will load

Expected Results:  
pages including the homepage will load
Correction: The problem does occur sometimes after an install. but if a soft
reset is done then the problem disappears
This has been fixed for 011.
