Downloading the 3.2GB file above goes fine until the 2GB boundary when the
download mangler starts reporting the size counting down towards zero from -2GB.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save a large file
2. Wait
3. Wait
4. Wait
5. Voila !

Actual Results:  
Download manager byte count overflows

Expected Results:  
Used more fingers to count bytes.
