When typing in text boxes, the cursor randomly relocates to other places in the
text, and frequently typing a random key will open an even more random
consequence. The most recent example is, I typed ' and the Find toolbar popped up.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Found a text box is frequent areas (Blog, forums, etc)
2. Typed
Actual Results:  
Everyting went as normal 

Expected Results:  
There might have been a chance of a glitch.
