Preferences, Form Manager  was blank, Pssword file was empty, default
personality would not work and a new one had to be created causing the previous
items.

It was like starting from scratch with Mozilla.

Actual Results:  
Default personality couldnotbe used: invalid (?)
Had to create new default. Lostall prvious data in Mozilla.

Expected Results:  
Worked using previous Mozilla data.

Did you get any error on startup? Your profile is normally stored somewhere
else, not in the program folder. Maybe you have two profiles now by accident
(run Mozilla with mozilla.exe -profileManager and check there)?

Thank you. I did have two profiles, because a few days ago, when I started up
Mozilla after upgrading to the latest version, I got an error saying that the
old "default" profile was invalid.
It is not now, I was able to go back to it and delete. Newer one was deleted.
