The forms in all uSwitch sections do not work - the buttons have no effect.
JavaScript Console reports error "Page_Validators is not defined"
Works fine in IE.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to uSwitch home page.
2.Select a section on left.
3.Fill in form and click Continue to next step - error occurs

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Continued with the form steps, like in IE

Using theme Aquatint (compatible with 1.5 beta)
