HTML Links:
(Histórico | Programas de Apoio) are not covered by the SWF, so it works fine.  
(Nova Sede | Parque Pedra dos Olhos | Departamentos | DIPEPG | NPJ ) are under 
the layered SWF, I can`t click on them.
  	

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter the site: "http://www.cesv.br/conheca/cesv/historico.htm"
2.Try click on "Nova Sede"

Actual Results:  
You cant click on it.

Expected Results:  
The mouse behavior shoud change to a hand, so we can click on the link.
Maybe related to bug 285770, Core bug 288951 or Core bug 244107?
Reporter, does this still happen with Firefox 3.6.3 in safe mode?
No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.x or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
