User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 I use a custom XP toolbar across the top of my screen. One of the folders on the toolbar contains links to favorite sites. When I click on the link within the toolbar folder it always opens within IE not firefox. The same shortcut placed on the top level of the toolbar will open in FireFox correctly. Also if I open the toolbar's folder in XP and navigate to the link and open it directly from the folder it will open in fireox correctly Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Put some URL shortcuts in a Windows XP folder 2.right click on XP Toolbar select Toolbars/New toolbar 3.Drag said toolbar to the top of the desktop so that it anchors at the top 4.click on folder to get drop down list and click on URL shortcut link Actual Results: opened link in IE Expected Results: opened link in FireFox

Build: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.2) Gecko/20060308 Firefox/1.5.0.2 Hi Chris, I've tried to reproduce the problem with your steps but the links seemed to open in Firefox. I've clicked on the links while it was at the top level in the tool bar and have clicked the links from the drop down menu. Both seem to open in Firefox. I am using a different build of Firefox, have you had any luck with newer versions?
