Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on a link to download a file (eg php.bz2) 2. Right click on the item as it is downloading to highlight it 3. Right click again - browser crashes. Actual Results: Browser crash Expected Results: popup context menu - downloading file's properties and other context sensitive options.

Please provide a talkback ID for the crash. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talkback
I couldnt get backtalk installed (Suse 9.3) so i tried Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.4 and it is all working there, so should i mark this resolved as the fix has obviously been done in the beta tree?

Well, we usually only resolve bugs as fixed if we know what fixed them. In this case, we know it's been fixed in beta, but don't know the exact patch that fixed it, so WORKSFORME is an appropriate resolution.
