Kieran Maclean has done significant contributions to the Grendel project and
needs CVS access. Kieran is currently working on re-doing most of Grendel's
back-end and has done a great job. CVS access would speed up this process
significantly.

I vouch for Kieran's access to CVS.

I'd like to restrict this request to only the Grendel module, so access should
be granted with my vouch only (as module owner) just like what we did with Jeff
Walden awhile back.
