In the page https://mail.google.com/mail/ (GMail user E-mail page) if you open
an E-mail message and then click on a link in that E-mail message (Which must
open in a new window). If you then try to access the "Actions" dropdown menu it
sometimes opens and closes and then does not allow you to access it again unless
you refresh the page.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Actual Results:  
"Actions" dropdown menu fails to respond untill you refresh the page

Expected Results:  
Opened the "Actiosn" menu as normal.
