I clicked on the red update button on firefox to add the upgrades & now I am 
not able to start firefox at all.  I get a message that says:the program must 
close to allow to allow a previous installation attempt to complete. Please 
restart.
I can't re-start.  I tried re-starting the computer & no luck. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to start firefox
2.Try to start firefox
3.Try to start firefox

Actual Results:  
I get the same message

Expected Results:  
Firefox should have started.
