Details

I have no printer attached, so I don't have the Print Spooler service running. 
But Firefox shows an error dialog when I open Print Preview.  This would be
because when Firefox queries the OS, it gets nothing back.

Instead of an error dialog, I think it should have an error bar accross the top,
but show the print preview with a set of basic assumptions like 1 inch margins
on 8.5x11 paper.

If the user can't even select a print-to-file driver, it's not clear what the value of print preview is. I can't see us ever fixing this scenario.
