In a website which includes link opening in popup windows, I open the popup,
when I click a link in the popup window, a new tab is opened in background, but
the tabs don't show up. I'm sure a new tab opens, because I can switch the tabs
with Ctrl+Tab, and when I try to close the popup window, the usual information
dialog "You opened tabs in this window, they will all be closed, blabla.." shows up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in the website i'm surfing, i click a link which opens in a popup window.
2. i click a link in the popup window by middle-clicking, or right-clicking and
choosing "open link in new tab".
3. a new tab opens, but i'm still in the same page, the new tab is at the
background, but the tabs bar don't show up.

Actual Results:  
I could only switch the tabs with the keyboard-shortcut "Ctrl+Tab".

Expected Results:  
The tabs bar should be opened in the popup window.
