When I import my mail from the Outlook client it does not import the Notes folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a note in the Notes folder in Outlook
2. Import mail into Thunderbird

Actual Results:  
It doesn't import the Notes

Expected Results:  
Create an extra folder under 'Outlook Mail' called 'Notes' and import the Notes
into this folder

Thunderbird doesn't have support for notes, so it wouldn't have anywhere to import them.
