when booting up from start page firefox will come up briefly aprox 10 to 15 sec 
then return to start screen I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling firefox 
but the results ar the same I went back to using IE just as a check and it 
boots up fine. Rebooting system has no effect.

screen"? Please give a more detailed description of what's going on.
