309999 - I would like to be able to enter events and notes in the calendar whitout the event window popping up

the event window takes about 3 seconds to open up, and I think that is too much,
especially when I usually don´t need all the complex proporties...
How about adding the ability to add events directly in week, moth or day view in
a iCal/Outlook manner. This ability would make me want to use this program, now
it is too slow. I also would find it more convinient if the detailed event
window would be beside my calender, not needing to strt up every time I wont to
change or add something. Coloring and dragging of the events would also be
grate. Actually my ideal calender is iCal, but because I don´t own a Mac, i am
looking for a diferent sollution.
