310000 - Firefox installer fails to recognise weather you select to install shortcuts or not.

If you use the Firefox installer and don't check one or more of the shortcuts to
be installed it seems to install this anyway.
I have tried this, one for each of the itens there and it seems to do this for
every one of them.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Firefox and do not check one or more of the shrtcuts to install and
check if it has added it or not.

Actual Results:  
The itens were added even if the itens were not selected in the install.

Expected Results:  
Should only have installed those items that were checked.

I have talked to a few other people about this problem and they haveall
confirmed that it is not just me.
