In M13 there was support of two types of hebrew Logical and Visual
but not any more.....

Actual Results:  hebrew reverse.....

Expected Results:  good hebrew !!!

I think hilay misunderstood. We once have the ISO-8859-8 menu item in M13 and we 
took it out since hebrew is not feature complete so we don't want to mislead the 
beta users. Cata took them out per i18n decsion. It is easy to add those menu 
back once we have the real bi-di support.

The nightly build (M16) Windows version shows Logical Hebrew very well.
And on todays built (200000612) on the Linux version it shows Hebrew on the
menu, but the Logical hebrew is actually backward..
