When a smilie is inserted in a new message, you can't navigate the cursor with
the arrow keys across it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Compose a new message
2.Insert a smilie
3.Try to move the cursor with the arrow keys

Actual Results:  
The cursor won't pass the smilie

Expected Results:  
the cursor should pass it

It occores at both thunderbird 1.06 and 1.5b1.
