points to the invalid url www.answers.com/%s 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate via the Bookmarks menu to "Quick Searches> Answers.com Dictionary
Quicksearch".

Actual Results:  
"400 Bad Request" page is displayed.

Expected Results:  
Answers.com should load.

I wouldn't say this link is broken, but rather that Answers.com is not handling
it in the most appropriate way. The idea of the quick searches is to use them
with keywords such as "dict <search term>" for example. All the other search
engines handle the URL with "%s" at the end of it in some other form.

This is going to land on the branch, alerting l10n to watch this.
This affects those locales that used to have dictionary.com in their bookmarks
quicksearches and those that already moved over to answers.com.
