Not able to open more than one browser windows with 1.07 version of firefox

I installed 1.07 version. Now once a browser window is open, it is not opening
new windows. It is opening tabs as before.
It is a bug with the newer version? Since 1.06 version did open new windows.

Could this be due to one of your old extensions being disabled? What do you mean
by "It is opening tabs as before"? Please provide more information or else this
is going to be marked as INVALID. Also, do you see this behavior in safe mode?

"It is opening tabs as before" means this functionality of 1.07 version is
working fine.
But I am still not been able to open more than one window for the firefox
browser.
