Actually it's http://www.gnome.org/projects/nautilus/ - the page you linked to
is a copy of the outdated eazel.com's Nautilus page.

After a lot of research, I think Oeone and Ximiam are no longer valid products being developed or maintained; therefore I think these 2 should be removed from the list.
