hmm, I'm not sure who owns /ports/gtk/ now.

Copying Kairo since this seems to be related to SeaMonkey docs.  Is there some place we should redirect the autoconf project link to?
Actually, this ports/gtk/ page dates back to the old "Seamonkey project" that was actually about the M* releases of Mozilla code. We should just get rid of ports/gtk.
Marking this bug as wontfix.  We can deal with the ports/gtk page when we get to reviewing the ports directory as part of the archiving process.
