launching firefox with msn.com as home page does not refresh the cache. Keeps showing the same day's page.

When launching Firefox from a desktop short cut and using www.msn.com as the
home page, it would appear the cache is not updating as the msn home page
displayed is for several days ago.  As each day goes by, the same day's home
page appears day after day.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  launch firefox with msn.com as the home page
2.  conduct step 1 every day.
3.

Actual Results:  
same msn old day home page appears in the firefox window

Expected Results:  
cache should update and take the user to the current day's msn home page

I uninstalled firefox and reinstalled it.  Same problem.  For example, today is
Tuesday September 27th and I keep seeing the Friday September 23rd MSN home page.
This looks like a duplicate of Bug 309839.
