If an online form is displayed and one chooses Form Manager from the Tools menu,
'Fill in Form' and 'Save Form info' are dimmed-out and inoperative. Curiously,
though, if one double-clicks on each pane in the form, the information stored in
Form Manager is correctly entered into each pane in turn.

This is a regression, but as I have not used Form Manager for quite a long time,
I cannot tell when it appeared.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a website that contains forms to be filled in.
2. Select and display the form.
3. Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Form Manager'.

Actual Results:  
'Fill in Form' and 'Save Form info' are dimmed out and inoperative.

Expected Results:  
'Fill in Form' and 'Save Form info' should be available for use.

Apple eMac G4, OS X 10.3.9, Classic theme.

Further information: the regression occurred between build 2005092409 (where the
Form Manager is OK) and build 20050925.. (I no longer have the last two digits,
but I refer to the trunk Mac version), in which the bug has appeared.

Indeed reproducible with SeaMonkey/20050925 and WFM with SeaMonkey/20050924 (and
SeaMonkey 1.0a). The checkin for Core bug 27382 changed some files in mozilla/
layout/ forms/, could that be the cause?

This bug seems to have been fixed in Build 2005092810.
